Waffle cone premix

Dry mix for your own production of wafer cones. The mix is packed in 13kg boxes and is meant for ice cream bars who wishes to produce their own wafer cones.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, Sugar, Vanilla-flavoured sugar, Milk-powder, Lecithin

Mixing

For one batter mixture, add one liter of water and 2 kg of mix.

Baking

Then add 2,5 dl of rapseed oil, or 1,5 dl of melted butter and 1 dl of rapseed oil.
